Kayla was given the title “Artist” about the same time that she picked up her first crayon. Exploring colors and learning how lines formed shapes and figures was something she had a knack and love for at an early age. Morphing her creative side into a viable career path, Kayla started with traditional artistic mediums such as painting and drawing. Then she discovered graphic design and the rest is history. She dove into graphic and digital media with excitement and confidence. Kayla has degrees in Illustration and Graphic Design from Sierra College and plans to continue expanding her knowledge of these arts in pursuit of what she likes to call, “making the world a prettier place.” Kayla likes to spend her free time painting, exploring Mother Nature, watching stand-up comedy, and shooting pool. She only wishes that she were better at it – the pool that is. A COUPLE OF FAVORITE THINGS: Giraffes and optical illusions.

Spencer Andres
Web Design Intern

Spencer is a junior at Rocklin High School. He was given a NES as a toddler which sparked his never ending love for technology. He also loved to draw, except he was never very good at it. He would have a great idea for an artistic creation, but what was meant to be a walrus ended up being a deformed bus. Once he was given a computer with a graphics program on it, he was able to morph his tech knowledge with his ideas and have his ideas actually look nearly as he had originally envisioned. Although technology is still his strong suit, Spencer strives to become a better graphics designer as well as a web designer. When he’s not in school, he’s out running cross country, cracking jokes with his friends or working on his computer.
Favorite OS: Windows XP
Favorite Artist: The Glitch Mob
